A more focused search

Explore supported job boards in one workspace, with sources available through your configured Worker and keys.

Your experience, well told

Use your chosen AI provider to draft role-specific edits. You review the suggestions and keep the final say.

Review-first Agent mode · BETA

Your selected AI model recommends one of exactly three fixed resumes you choose, with fit rationale and gaps. No automatic rewriting or submission. See setup and limits.

A workspace for your next step.

01

Sign in with Google

Use your Google account and review the Drive permissions. Drive is preferred for resume sync in an app-specific folder. If Drive is unavailable, the resume library can use a browser-local, account-scoped cache instead; it is not synced.

02

Connect your own tools

In Settings, choose your AI provider, API key, and model. Keys are encrypted in this browser; keep your browser and device secure. For job search, connect your own Cloudflare Worker.

03

Search, tailor, export

Choose a role, tailor your resume, and review the results. Verify facts and formatting before exporting. Submit through the employer's application page when you're ready.

A clear setup.
No hidden assumptions.

JobsPilot is a browser-based, bring-your-own-key (BYOK) app, not a managed AI subscription. You connect your accounts and pay any provider charges directly. Explore the workspace without signing in. Live AI requires your provider key, and job search requires your configured Worker.

For your workspace

Google account & browser vault

Google Drive is preferred for resume storage and sync. If Google client setup, Drive authorization, or network failures prevent access, the library falls back to an account-scoped browser cache capped at 1,000 KB (1,000,000 bytes total). Cached resumes are not synced and can be lost when browser data is cleared.

API keys use an email-based encrypted vault in this browser. Keep your browser and device secure; do not treat a shared device as private storage.

For AI features

Your provider, key & model

Select a supported provider in Settings and supply its API key and a text model. AI requests, including the resume and job text you submit, go directly to that provider. Review its pricing and privacy terms.

For live job search

Your Cloudflare Worker

Deploy the job-search proxy to your own Cloudflare account, then add its URL in Settings. Some job boards also require their own credentials. Availability and provider limits vary.

Read the Worker setup guide
No JobsPilot-owned API server. AI requests go to your selected provider; job searches go through your own Worker. Your connected services still process the data you send.

Full-time & contract jobs.
Start at the official portals.

You do not need a budget for AI or APIs to start your search. This free directory links to official career portals for full-time and contract opportunities: no API keys, no sign-in, and no payment to JobsPilot needed. It is not a live jobs feed or an endorsement. Links open another site's career page in a new tab; they do not promise an opening or your eligibility.

25 official career pages

Full-time career portals

MAANGO here means Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, and Oracle. Meta and NVIDIA are included too, alongside more technology employers. These portals may also list internships and other role types; filter actual listings for full-time work.

Contract & staffing career portals

Filter actual listings for contract work. These portals may offer a mix of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. Read each listing: an agency is not a guarantee of contract work, sponsorship, placement, or a specific employer.

Prepare thoughtfully.
Review before every send.

Agent mode (BETA) is review-first, not an automatic application service. Manually choose jobs for your queue; no job-search Worker is needed for that queue. Your selected AI model recommends a fixed resume. A locally installed companion can help fill supported forms, but only you submit.

  1. Choose exactly three saved resumes

Sign in to your workspace, configure your chosen AI provider and model, and select exactly three user-chosen fixed saved resumes. Drive is preferred, but you can also choose three cached resumes from the account-scoped browser fallback when Drive is unavailable. The cache holds up to 1,000 KB (1,000,000 bytes total), is not synced, and can be lost when browser data is cleared. The model chooses among those three and returns fit rationale and gaps. It does not automatically rewrite any resume. Review its recommendation; AI can be wrong.

  2. Review and export a private bundle

The website prepares an application bundle with the chosen PDF and only the contact details you explicitly supply. The PDF is generated from your frozen saved resume text; original upload formatting is not retained. Download and inspect it, then review the role and contact data before exporting. Model keys stay in the website vault and are not included in the bundle. The bundle contains personal information: keep it private and delete the exported file after import.

  3. Install the companion locally

Download the repository and locate the companion folder and installation instructions ↗. In Chrome or Edge, open Manage extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select that folder. This is a local unpacked extension, not a store installation. Review its permissions and source.

  4. Import, open the job, and click fill

Import your reviewed bundle in the companion. Open a supported top-level Lever or Greenhouse job URL and click fill. Only contact and resume fields are filled; support is not universal and embedded or changed forms may not work. Handle unanswered questions, sign-in, CAPTCHA, and any unsupported fields yourself.

  5. Check the form and submit yourself

The companion never submits automatically. Verify every filled value and the attached PDF, complete remaining questions, and make the final submission manually. A fill result is not proof of application submission and is never an “applied” confirmation.

Your search is part of your life.
It doesn't have to become all of it.

01 / RESUMESTailor the story, not the facts

A strong resume makes relevant experience easy to find. Keep a master copy, then create a version for each role.

  1. Read the description and identify three core requirements. Match each to a real project, responsibility, or accomplishment.
  2. Move the most relevant evidence higher. Write bullets as action + context + result; use numbers only when you can support them.
  3. Use the employer's terminology where it honestly fits. Never add tools, credentials, or experience you don't have.
  4. Use clear headings and a simple layout. Check the exported file for clipped text, working links, and correct contact details.

Try this: Rewrite one bullet to explain what you did and why it mattered. Review AI edits for accuracy; a score cannot guarantee an interview.

02 / YOUR ROUTINEBuild a search you can sustain

Plan around your actual time and energy, not someone else's application count.

  1. Write down your target roles, location needs, and non-negotiables. Use them to decide which openings deserve a closer look.
  2. Choose a manageable weekly rhythm: one session to shortlist, one to tailor applications, and one to follow up.
  3. Keep a simple record of the role, link, application date, contact, and next action. Confirm the listing on the employer's site.
  4. Review your process weekly. Adjust one thing, schedule breaks, and set a stopping time for each session.

Try this: Choose one suitable opening and put your next action on the calendar. Measure what you can control, not just replies.

03 / INTERVIEWINGPrepare to have a real conversation

You don't need a perfect script. You need clear examples and room to listen.

  1. Research the team's work and the role. Prepare two specific questions about priorities, expectations, or ways of working.
  2. Choose four real stories: a challenge, a collaboration, an achievement, and something you learned. Outline the situation, task, action, and result.
  3. Practice aloud. Be clear about your own contribution, keep the context brief, and invite follow-up questions.
  4. Check logistics and ask about any accommodations you need. Afterward, note what you learned and send a short, specific thank-you.

Try this: Practice a two-minute story with a friend. Ask which parts were clear and where they wanted more detail.

04 / NETWORKINGStart with curiosity, not a pitch

Useful connections can begin with a small, respectful conversation.

  1. Start with former colleagues, classmates, or people whose work genuinely interests you. Read their public work before reaching out.
  2. Write a brief introduction, explain what caught your attention, and ask one focused question. Make it easy to decline.
  3. If they agree to chat, respect the time offered. Ask about their experience rather than opening with a referral request.
  4. Thank them and share how their advice helped. If there's no reply, one polite follow-up is enough; then give them space.

Try this: “Hi [name], your work on [specific topic] caught my eye. I'm exploring [area]. Would you be open to sharing one thing you wish you'd known starting out? No worries if now isn't a good time.”
